What will I learn

The Warrior School Program starts with a Base Camp for the big journey that is... well ~ the rest of your life! I have put together 7 large concepts that helped me grow into living in a Warrior Way. These will be discussed in more detail in the webinar offered before the next enrollment period opens. In the school you will be introduced and invited to practice tools like mirror work, EFT, meditation as well as offered worksheets, daily tasks and other mindset exercises.

What is the learning structure

Warrior School is built around 7 major concepts that are built into several modules of learning. This is the self-paced part of the Warrior School process. The group is invited to gather once a month for a group session to review progress and share success and any challenges. There is also suggested reading material part of the school and we will gather every other week to discuss book review if that is something that sings to your heart. Warrior School also includes one on one work. Up to twice per month we will meet to enjoy private Restorative Healing Sessions that will work with Kinesiology to find and release emotional baggage, balance energy or raise body function.
